Fabulous location and Christmas vibes galore! The public areas were stunning, and I had a delightful time wandering around. Staff were incredibly helpful, making me feel pampered.
But my room was so small, I nearly mistook it for my handbag! I think I saw the closet moving in with me.

this hotel is just amazin! the art deco style is super cool, and the staff treat u like family. our room was really spacious and comfy with those nice white sheets. loved how they even left us a bday cake and champagne for my special day. the location is perfect, quiet but close to shops and stuff.
but the breakfast wasn't that great, we had to wait too long for coffee and tea service. also, the air conditioning in our room wasn't working good at first.

I stayed in a Superior King Room and it was pretty spacious for London. Super comfy bed with crisp linens and nice bathroom vibes. They even left a bottle of champagne and a cake for my birthday, which was a sweet touch! The only thing was that I wished there was a bathtub—just showers in this room. a solid experience.
